What we collect, and what we don't.

What we collect

One thing you type: your email address. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you.

From the domain of that address we also look up your organization's name and Microsoft 365 tenant identifier, using the same public directory that every Microsoft sign-in page reads before it decides where to send you. That lookup does not touch your tenant, requires no permission from you, and tells us nothing that is not already public. We do it so the form can ask for one thing instead of three.

Analytics

None. No analytics script runs here, no cookies are set, and we do not know who visits unless they tell us. If we ever add page-view counting, it will be the kind that works without cookies or a profile of you, and this card will change first. Because nothing here tracks you across sites, this site has no cookie banner and needs none.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored and processed within Microsoft 365 in the United States. They are not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not passed to any third party except the infrastructure providers that host this site and deliver our mail.

Spam protection

Submissions pass through Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the request came from a browser rather than a script. It does not use tracking cookies and does not profile visitors.

How long we keep it

Assessment requests are kept for up to two years and then deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Asking us to delete it

Email info@saintsync.io from the address you submitted, or from an address at the same organization, and say so. There is no form and no wait queue.
